Return & Refund Policy

At Syren House Cosmetics, every product is carefully prepared, packaged, and inspected prior to shipment. Due to the personal nature of cosmetic, skincare, grooming, and wellness products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards regarding returns and refunds.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Non-Returnable Items

For health, sanitation, and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Skincare products

  • Body oils, balms, butters, serums, and tattoo products

  • Lip products

  • Grooming products

  • Pet care products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect scent or texture preference

  • Minor packaging variations

  • Delayed delivery caused by carriers

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • leaking,

  • defective,

  • or you received the wrong item,

you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of:

    • the product,

    • packaging,

    • shipping label,

    • and issue present

Once reviewed and approved, we may:

  • replace the item,

  • issue store credit,

  • or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Syren House Cosmetics reserves the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient documentation.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Approved refunds are processed only for:

  • verified damaged items,

  • verified incorrect shipments,

  • or verified defective products.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • normal variations in scent, color, shimmer, or texture,

  • products affected by improper storage,

  • allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase.

ALLERGY & SKIN SENSITIVITY DISCLAIMER

Our products may contain:

  • botanical ingredients,

  • carrier oils,

  • essential oils,

  • fragrances,

  • nut-derived ingredients,

  • and natural extracts.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use.

By purchasing from Syren House Cosmetics, the customer accepts full responsibility for determining ingredient compatibility with their skin, body, or pet.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Syren House Cosmetics is not responsible for:

  • shipping delays,

  • lost packages,

  • stolen packages,

  • or carrier-related delivery issues.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding transit problems after shipment confirmation has been issued.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if fulfillment has not yet begun.

After processing or shipment begins, orders cannot be canceled.

STORE CREDIT

In certain situations, Syren House Cosmetics may issue store credit instead of a refund at our discretion.

Store credit:

  • is non-transferable,

  • has no cash value,

  • and may not be redeemed for cash.
