REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Approved refunds are processed only for:

Refunds are not issued for:

ALLERGY & SKIN SENSITIVITY DISCLAIMER

We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use.
By purchasing from Syren House Cosmetics, the customer accepts full responsibility for determining ingredient compatibility with their skin, body, or pet.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Syren House Cosmetics is not responsible for:

lost packages,

stolen packages,

or carrier-related delivery issues.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding transit problems after shipment confirmation has been issued.
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if fulfillment has not yet begun.
After processing or shipment begins, orders cannot be canceled.
STORE CREDIT
In certain situations, Syren House Cosmetics may issue store credit instead of a refund at our discretion.
Store credit:
