Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Syren House Cosmetics. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to quality, presentation, and product integrity.


PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 2–5 business days for in-stock items

  • 5–10 business days during launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods

Business days do not include:

  • weekends,

  • federal holidays,

  • or carrier-observed holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • package weight,

  • destination,

  • and carrier rates.

We may ship orders using carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • or other available delivery providers.

Carrier selection may vary depending on order size and destination.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email,

  • and tracking information if available.

Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after label creation.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated domestic delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: based on carrier availability

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Syren House Cosmetics is not responsible for:

  • incorrect addresses,

  • incomplete addresses,

  • returned packages due to address errors,

  • or failed deliveries caused by customer input errors.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for:

  • reshipping costs,

  • or additional handling fees.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Syren House Cosmetics is not responsible for:

  • lost packages,

  • stolen packages,

  • carrier delays,

  • weather-related delays,

  • or transit interruptions.

Customers must contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues after shipment confirmation has been provided.

If tracking shows a package as “Delivered,” we are unable to guarantee replacement or refund eligibility.


DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • order number,

  • full name,

  • photos of the packaging,

  • photos of the product,

  • and photos of the shipping label.

Claims submitted without photo documentation may be denied.


HOT WEATHER DISCLAIMER

Certain products including:

  • body butters,

  • balms,

  • lip products,

  • and wax-based formulas

may soften or melt during warm weather transit.

Minor texture changes caused by heat exposure do not affect product performance and are not considered defects eligible for refund.

For best results:

  • bring packages indoors promptly,

  • avoid leaving products in hot vehicles,

  • and store products in cool, dry conditions.


PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED RELEASES

Products listed as:

  • pre-orders,

  • made-to-order,

  • limited drops,

  • or launch releases

may require additional processing time.

Estimated fulfillment timelines will be stated on the product page when applicable.
